Code of good practices
Our mission is to enable people and companies to donate life-saving blankets at a distance, destined for people and animals in need and produced with recycled textile material within Fody’s solidarity laboratories. To achieve this goal, we will guarantee the application of the following good practices:
- You are important to us: for this reason, we offer you our Platform and the services and/or products connected to it, as well as customer support 365 days a year.
- We allow you to donate life-saving blankets remotely for people and animals in need, from any location and 24/7.
- We provide you with carefully selected local partners who can also physically offer our products/services within their own commercial establishments.
- We can facilitate payment for any product/service purchased through our payment methods.
- We are at your complete disposal through our customer service, active every day, 24 hours a day.
- We listen to you and give importance to your opinion: we display on our site the full, uncensored reviews, left by those customers who have actually used the services and/or purchased certain products.
- We guarantee you an informative, easy-to-use and constantly updated website, to offer you total transparency.
Terms and Conditions – Introduction
The terms and conditions set out below, in addition to any subsequent amendments, apply to all services and/or products made available online, whether directly or indirectly, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and FODY SB S.r.l. (as defined below) that governs your access to and use of the FODY SB S.r.l. website (hereinafter also the “Site”), through which it makes its products/services available, as well as the applications for mobile devices of our partners, tablets and other devices and application program interfaces (collectively, the “Apps” of the partners) and all associated services.
By accessing our website with any device, visiting it, using it and/or browsing it through the Partner Apps, and/or making the purchase of a product/offering, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions set out below (including the Privacy Policy).
All services and products offered online (including the payment facilitation service) are the property of the company FODY SB s.r.l., which manages them and offers them to its customers, regulated by the terms and conditions described below.
The commercial relationships with the Partners who facilitate the provision of products/services offered by Fody also through its Apps, are instead governed by different contractual terms and conditions, aimed at regulating the commercial relationship (B2B) that we have with each of our Partners.
Each Fody Partner must operate in a professional manner, ensuring the availability at any time of the products and/or services made available by Fody and requested by Fody users (both with regards to the company-to-company relationship (“B2B”) and/or with regards to the company-to-customer relationship (“B2C”)).
Fody Partners may have and declare as applicable, in addition to the general conditions and terms indicated on the Platform website, their own terms, general conditions and rules (relating for example to the methods of access to their physical commercial establishments, availability and variety of free products), for the use, access and performance of the service, which may include specific disclaimers and/or limitations thereof, with respect to which the express acceptance and/or consent of the user is required.
Definitions
The words ‘FODY’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ refer to the company FODY SB s.r.l., subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Italian State, with registered office in via Salvatore Quasimodo 79, Pistoia (PT) 51100, Italy.
The term ‘Platform’ is to be understood collectively as the website and mobile site on which the services are made available.
The Platform is the exclusive property and under the control of FODY SB s.r.l., which operates and maintains it.
Product/service’ means the various products and services, which can be researched, ordered, purchased, paid for, rented, booked, combined and consumed by you.
Partner’ shall mean a business establishment, whether physical or digital or both, which enables Fody to provide its services or market its products through its own business channels or by promoting them within its customer base.
User’ means any natural and/or legal person who makes use of the services and/or products offered on the Platform for personal and/or commercial purposes.
The term ‘Service’ means the remote donation service of life-saving blankets for people and animals in need, as offered or activated by FODY with respect to the various products and services made available by FODY also through its Partners.
Reservation of service’ means ordering, purchasing, paying or booking a product/service.
1. Purpose and nature of our Service, and how to access the Platform
Through the Platform, the Partners‘ physical shops and Apps, Fody provides an online Platform that enables people and companies to find out about and access its services, purchase its products, learn about the Partners’ business activities and receive information of interest, in accordance with the rules of professional conduct (e.g. B2C or B2B). to advertise, market, sell, promote and/or offer its products and services for order, purchase, booking and rental, and at the same time enables you to discover, search, compare and make an order, booking, purchase, rental and/or payment (e.g. purchase grooming service and subsequently pay for it).
In order to be able to use the Platform and the services it offers, it is necessary for the user to create his or her own account, registering on the site truthfully and completely, entering all the data requested in the relevant registration form and fully accepting the privacy policy and these Conditions.
Furthermore, in order to be able to access the Platform and use its services, the user must be at least 16 years of age or be a duly constituted organisation, company or other legal entity, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the country of incorporation and possess the legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts.
Verifying the identity of users on the Internet is difficult and we do not accept any responsibility for confirming the identity of any of them.
Each user is responsible for guarding his or her access credentials provided at the time of registration.
It is understood that under no circumstances may FODY be held liable in the event of loss, dissemination, theft or unauthorised use by third parties, for any reason whatsoever, of the users’ access credentials.
Registered users may at any time deactivate their accounts or request their deletion through the Application interface, if possible, or by sending a written communication by e-mail to the contact details indicated on the site, or by contacting the Customer Service.
It should be noted that our Platform is not intended to recommend or support any of the Partners present on it, since through the Platform, all Partners are guaranteed to be able to promote and market Fody’s products and/or services, each under the same terms and conditions.
Through the use of any service and/or product (e.g. by making the ‘Donation of blankets for the homeless’, through the ‘Blanket4homeless’ Service), you will establish a direct and legally binding contractual relationship with Fody or the relevant Partner from whom you have made the booking of the service or the purchase of the product (where applicable).
Once the Reservation of the service or purchase of the product has been made, Fody will take action to provide the service or deliver the product. If the service is provided or a product delivered through a Partner, the Partner shall notify Fody of the details of your reservation/purchase and send you an e-mail confirming the reservation made, on behalf of the Partner, with the exception of Kpet and Kpet Charity branded products/services.
In providing our services, we disclose those data that have been indicated to us and provided by Partners.
All Partners who market and promote Fody’s products/services in their own physical shops and/or Apps are therefore given access to our systems, declaring themselves to be fully responsible for updating the tariffs/costs/prices of the products and/or services offered, the availability thereof, their own rules, terms and conditions, and other information made public on their own communication and sales channels.
In this regard, we would like to point out that, although we guarantee the utmost diligence and care in offering our services through the Platform, we cannot guarantee with extreme certainty the degree of accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information received from our Partners, nor can we be held responsible for any error – even if only a typing error – related to the same, in addition to not being able to be held responsible in any way for any interruptions in service (whether due to even temporary and/or partial breakdowns, to the repair, updating or maintenance of the Platform or otherwise).
Each Partner is responsible at all times for the completeness and correctness of information (even if only descriptive), including tariffs/costs/prices relating to Fody’s products/services, rules and conditions and availability, displayed within its communication and sales channels.
Our Service is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you may not resell, advertise, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. by using spiders, scrape), download or reproduce any content and/or information available on the Platform, including the products and services offered by Partners, for activities that are of a commercial or competitive nature and/or purpose.
2. Tariffs, price differences and refunds
The prices offered by Partners for the purchase of Fody products/services shall be the same as those indicated on our Platform.
All prices for services and all product prices are inclusive of VAT and any other taxes and/or penalties, unless otherwise explicitly stated on our Platform or in the confirmation e-mail.
It should be noted that each Partner may decide to charge penalties in the event of a change/cancellation out of time of a booking for a service that has not yet been provided, as per specific terms and conditions that each Partner may have.
It is possible that, for limited periods of time, Fody and the Partners make available on the Fody Platform and within the Partners’ physical and digital retail outlets, discounts on rates and prices for certain products and/or services.
These discounts, however, may entail certain restrictions and special conditions, e.g. regarding cancellation, refunds or usability, which will be appropriately indicated from time to time by Fody and the Partners alongside the proposed discounts.
In any case, before you make a reservation or purchase a service and/or proceed with the purchase of a product, we always advise you to check and carefully read the conditions and terms in the section on details concerning the product, service or reservation.
We wish to offer You the product or service that You have chosen at the same rate that would have been applied to You on any purchasing channel, including those made available by Partners. If, once you have booked through the Platform, you find on the Internet or at Partners (including physically) that the product or service that you have chosen under the same conditions is offered at a lower or higher rate, we will refund the difference between our rate and the lower rate, in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable when we refund price differences.
However, the aforementioned refund in respect of price and/or tariff differences does not apply to products and services that are not Fody-branded products/services or provided by fody directly.
Manifest and obvious errors are not binding, including printing and typing errors.
All special offers and promotions are expressly indicated as such on the Platform, so that if they are not so mentioned, no claims can be made in the event of mistakes or obvious errors.
3. Privacy and cookies

4. Service without additional costs. Even if access is through a Partner.
The rates applied by Fody for the provision of its services and/or the prices of its products are established by Fody at the national level, therefore they are provided either by Fody directly or by Fody through Partners under the same conditions, both in terms of price and quality of service. Each Partner that promotes Fody’s services/products undertakes to comply with the economic and qualitative conditions imposed by Fody and therefore, under no circumstances may it offer its customers conditions that differ from those advertised by Fody through the official Fody Platform, which serves and shall always serve as a reference for any person or company that wishes to know the terms and conditions of purchase/use of the products/services offered by Fody, including through its Partners. If, at any time, a User encounters discrepancies, both economic and procedural, between the terms and conditions offered by Fody and those offered by a Partner, the User must promptly notify Fody of these discrepancies, so that Fody can take action against the Partner in order to ensure maximum compliance with its terms and conditions, guaranteeing the User maximum transparency, both during the purchase phase and during the provision of the product/service offered. Unless otherwise indicated, our Service is free of charge for customers since, unlike many other sites, we do not charge any fees for the purchase/booking Service offered, nor do we apply additional fees to the tariff. You will pay the Partner the amount due as indicated in the Booking of the product/service (plus, where not included in the price, applicable taxes, fees and additional costs (if any)).
Partners pay a commission, i.e. a small percentage on the price of the product/service (e.g. on the grooming service fee) to KPET, after the customer has used the partner’s product or service (e.g. after he/she has stayed at the establishment and paid the amount due to the establishment).
Only Partners who have a business relationship with KPET will be displayed on the Platform as active Partners.
KPET and the Partners are both entitled to terminate the existing business relationship for any reason whatsoever and upon prior notice, as agreed between the parties.
5. Payment by credit card or bank transfer
With regard to the methods of payment for services and/or products purchased, each User, through the Platform, can make payment online, during the process of purchasing a product/service offered by Fody, via a secure method that is supported by Your Bank; or within a Partner shop with an on-site digital payment method (e.g. pos or credit card).
For certain products and services, the Partner may manage the respective payment (i.e. the payment management service) in the name and on behalf of Fody through third parties. It should be noted that the Partner does not act or operate as an official seller under any circumstances, except for Fody-branded products and/or services granted directly by Fody and verifiable on the Platform.
The payment, once made either directly to the Partner or to Fody, is debited securely from your credit/debit card or your bank account, and credited to Fody’s bank account, through the handling of a third party.
Once payment, in full or in part, has been made for the life-saving blanket donation service, it is considered final payment and cannot be claimed by you at a later date.
For all products/services or special offers, full payment in advance by bank transfer or credit card (as expressly requested by Fody) is required.
If a credit card is used, it may be pre-authorised or debited (sometimes with no possibility of refund) at the time of purchase of the product/service provided by Fody.
Before making the purchase, we therefore advise you to carefully check the presence of these conditions in the details regarding the product or service you have chosen, with particular attention to the products/services provided by Fody through the Partners. In fact, FODY cannot in any way be held liable for any charges (whether authorised, unauthorised or presumed to be so, or erroneous) made by the Partner.
Once the amount has been successfully charged to your credit card, you will no longer be able to request a refund.
In the event of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, the Banks and credit card companies will have to bear any such risks, covering all charges resulting from such fraud or unauthorized use.
The above, however, may result in a charge to your credit card of an amount usually corresponding to Euro 50.00 or the equivalent in your currency.
In such case, if Your credit card company or Bank charges You such amount due to unauthorised transactions arising from a booking made on our Platform, We will refund You such amount in full, up to an amount equal to Euro 50.00 (or the equivalent in Your local currency).
In order to process the compensation, please ensure that you report the fraud or other unauthorised use to your credit card provider (in accordance with its regulations and procedures) and contact us immediately by email, which must include proof of the unauthorised amount charged.
This compensation applies exclusively to reservations that have used the secure server of FODY SB S.r.l. and only after having verified that the unauthorized use of your credit card results from a default or an act of negligence on our part and not from your incorrect use of the secure server.
6. Advance payment, cancellation, and information from each Partner “Need to know”
By making a purchase through the Platform or from a Partner, you fully accept and approve the cancellation conditions, advance payment conditions, and in general all the conditions and terms of Fody and the Partner, specifically indicated on the Platform in the information section regarding Fody’s conditions, regarding the product/service offered, such as the conditions of purchase/use of the product and service itself.
The above information regarding the conditions and terms are also communicated during the booking procedure and via the subsequent confirmation email.
For some fares, costs or special offers, cancellations, refunds or changes are not permitted.
Before purchasing the Service, please carefully check the details of the product or service you have chosen for these conditions. The purchase of a product/service may be cancelled (without prior notification of default or warning) if the remaining amount cannot be fully withdrawn on the due date, as provided for in the payment terms.
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the product/service chosen.
We advise you to carefully read the important information in your booking confirmation.
Late payment beyond the agreed terms, incorrect bank account or credit/debit card details, invalid credit/debit card details or insufficient funds put Fody’s ability to supply the product/provide the service at risk and may result in the refusal of a refund of any advance payment (especially if non-refundable) unless Fody or the Partner agrees to make the refund or allows other solutions provided for in their advance payment and cancellation conditions.
If you wish to review, change or cancel your purchase of a product/service made available by Fody, please access your confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Fody may charge a cancellation fee in accordance with its cancellation policy, and you may not be entitled to a refund of any sums already paid (in advance).
Before making a reservation, we recommend that you carefully read all the conditions and terms indicated on the Platform provided by Fody, with particular regard to the cancellation, advance payment and refund methods, also reminding you to make subsequent payments promptly.
7. Correspondence and further communications
By purchasing services offered by Fody, you agree to receive (i) an email at the start of the provision of the service offered, containing information on the service purchased, delivery methods and various suggestions and offers (also from third parties, if you have expressly provided consent); (ii) an email after using the service to give an evaluation of the experience you had with Fody, also containing the invitation to express your opinion on the Platform on the quality of the service/product purchased, having the possibility of attaching a photo of the product/service purchased to the review.

In order to complete and complete the Reservation successfully, it is therefore necessary to provide a valid email address at the time of the reservation request. We are not responsible for non-existent or incorrect email addresses, telephone numbers (landline or mobile) or credit card numbers, nor are we obliged to verify their existence or correctness.
Any complaints or requests for compensation against FODY or relating to the goods and/or services must be presented, exclusively in the cases indicated in point 9 of this document, as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after the date on which the use of the product or service would be completed. Complaints and requests received after the said 30-day period may be rejected, and the applicant must waive any right to compensation (of damages or costs).
Due to the constant updating of rates and availability, we strongly recommend taking screenshots during the booking process to be used as supporting documentation if needed.
In any case, if you need clarifications, information, explanations and support regarding the services offered by our Platform, you have the possibility to contact our Customer Service 24 hours a day, at the toll-free number indicated on our website.
8. Ranking, Preferred Partner Program, stars and guest reviews
The default setting for the Partner ranking on our Platform (called Default Ranking) is “Recommended by KPET” (or equivalent). The Default Ranking is created through a complex, dynamic and constantly evolving system (algorithm) that takes into account a multitude of factors in order to optimally match the criteria and search results. The actual ranking will be different for each customer and for each search because there are many factors involved, such as the level of popularity of a given product or service among our users (estimated through reviews), the history of data stored by the Customer Service service (including the number of complaints and their type), certain booking data (such as the number of bookings and cancellations, availability, etc.), the activities and browsing history of visitors. The punctuality with which the Partner makes commission payments and the percentage of commissions are also part of the algorithm. It is important to point out that, for convenience, we also offer other ways to sort the search results: a customer can choose to sort them for example by ascending price, by review score, by type of service etc. Therefore, the customer has full control over how the search results are presented.
In some cities and regions, KPET offers a special partnership program that allows Partners who consistently meet the terms of the preferred program to appear higher than others in the standard ranking of search results for the city/region, sorted by “Recommended”. Preferred Partners are those that the user has chosen to see first in his searches and are marked with a special symbol. Only Partners who consistently meet certain requirements can appear as Favorites.
By using the bonus code associated with a Partner, the user agrees to automatically display it as a Favorite. At any time the user may decide to modify the list of Favorite Partners, without the possibility of objection by the Partner or KPET.
The stars displayed on the KPET App for Partners and products/services offered are not determined in any way by KPET, but by the Partners themselves or by independent third parties, who provide an (objective) classification.
Offers are displayed based on the number of stars (from lowest to highest or vice versa), which the Partners themselves communicate to KPET. Only customers who have actually purchased the good or used the service will be invited to leave a rating and/or review. The rating and/or review, once completed, could be (a) uploaded to the Partner’s page on our Platform for the purpose of providing (future) customers with your point of view about the product/service and its quality and (b) entirely or partially used and placed by KPET, at its sole discretion (e.g. for marketing purposes, promotional purposes or to improve the service), on the Platform or on social network platforms, newsletters, in the case of special promotions, on applications or on other channels owned by KPET and hosted, used or controlled by it. In order to offer and maintain recent (and therefore relevant) reviews, reviews can be submitted within a limited period (3 months) following the purchase of the product / use of the service and each review will only be available for a limited period (24 months) from its appearance online. The default ranking of reviews depends on the date on which the review was left and is related to other additional criteria (such as language, reviews with comments), but the review of a customer who has always written comprehensive and detailed reviews, can appear at the top of the list of reviews.
KPET allows the Partner to respond to judgments and/or reviews left by customers.
We reserve the right to edit, refuse or remove reviews in our sole discretion if they violate our terms and conditions regarding reviews. The user review form shall be considered a survey and shall not include any (further) offer, invitation or incentive of any kind, including commercial. KPET undertakes to monitor and remove reviews that include obscenities and any references to the names of people or lost objects to the extent possible.
In particular, KPET will not accept reviews that include:
- Vulgarity, sexually explicit expressions, incitement to hatred and violence, discriminatory content, threats;
- References to specific people, personal attacks on staff;
- Promotion of illegal activities (e.g. drugs and prostitution);
- Sites, emails and addresses, telephone numbers, credit card data and any other information or data strictly personal attributable to a specific individual;
- Politically motivated comments
- In general, information completely unrelated to the product and/or service purchased or the services offered and the functioning of the Platform.
9. Disclaimer and Release Clause
Subject to the limitations and clarifications set forth in the cases provided for in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall be liable only for direct and immediate damages actually suffered, due to a failure to comply with our obligations relating to the services that we should have performed.
Compensation may be up to the total cost of your purchase, as set out in the purchase confirmation email (either for a single circumstance or for a series of connected circumstances).
In any case, we cannot be held responsible for damages, losses and costs incurred by the User as a result of failure to execute the contract for reasons not attributable to us, the User being entitled only to the possible full refund of the price paid and any additional costs incurred.
We will also not be responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, at the time of payment for the services purchased, if it is demonstrated that all possible precautions have been taken based on the best science and experience of the moment and based on ordinary diligence.
The User undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless FODY (as well as any companies controlled or affiliated by it, its representatives, collaborators, consultants, directors, agents, licensees, partners and employees), from any obligation or liability, including any legal costs incurred to defend itself in court, which may arise in response to damages caused to other Users or third parties, in relation to the contents uploaded to the Platform or to the violation of the terms of the law or the terms of these Conditions.
Therefore, FODY will not be responsible for:
– any losses which are not a direct consequence of FODY’s breach of contract;
– any loss of business opportunity and any other loss, even indirect, possibly suffered by the User (such as, by way of example and not limited to, commercial losses, loss of revenues, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, etc.);
– incorrect or unsuitable use of the Platform and/or Partner Apps by Users or third parties;
– the issuing of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the User, the latter being the only person responsible for correct entry;
– the inadequacy, incorrectness and incompleteness of the information (including descriptive information) provided by the Partner, made available on our Platform;
– the services provided or products offered by the Partner or other commercial Partners;
– damages (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive), losses or costs suffered, paid or incurred by you, (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) faults, wilful misconduct, omissions, negligence, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability attributable in whole or in part to the Partner or any of our other Business Partners or their employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives, subcontractors or affiliated companies, whose products or services are directly or indirectly made available.
FODY is not responsible for interruptions or disruptions of the Internet and telecommunications infrastructure that are beyond our control and may cause interruptions in the availability of the Platform. FODY may limit, temporarily and taking into account the legitimate interests of Partners and customers (e.g. by giving notice), the availability of the Platform or certain sections or features thereof if this is necessary in view of capacity limitations, the security or integrity of our servers or to carry out maintenance operations aimed at ensuring the correct or improved functioning of the Platform.
FODY reserves the right to improve, optimize and modify the Platform from time to time and to introduce new Services. FODY will provide notice of any changes to the Platform, unless such changes are of a minor nature with no significant effect on the contractual obligations of the parties.
FODY cannot in any way be held responsible for the failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, due to force majeure events or, in any case, to unforeseen and unforeseeable events and, in any case, independent of its will such as, by way of example and not limited to, failures or interruptions to telephone or electrical lines, the Internet network and/or in any case to other transmission tools, unavailability of websites, strikes, natural events, viruses and cyber attacks, interruptions in the provision of products, services or third-party applications.
In such cases, the fulfillment of the obligations by FODY will be deemed suspended for the period in which events of force majeure occur.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, it is our responsibility to take any action within our power to identify solutions that allow the correct fulfillment of our obligations despite the persistence of force majeure events.
Fody is not responsible for communications with the Partner within physical stores and/or through the Partner’s Apps. It is not possible to advance rights related to requests or communications directed to the Partner.
The Partner cannot guarantee that every request or communication will be received, read, taken charge of, executed or accepted by Fody in a precise and timely manner, therefore for any request and/or communication Fody requires the User to use the Platform and the official channels made available by Fody.
The Partner is not responsible and disclaims all liability for the use, validity, quality, compatibility, suitability and disclosure of the product/service offered by Fody.
By this Agreement, you represent and agree that Fody is solely responsible for and assumes all liability in relation to the product/service offered by it (including all appropriate warranties and representations summarized in the purchase confirmation document of the product/service purchased from Fody). The Partner is not a (re)seller of Fody products/services except for co-branded ones if any.
Any complaint and/or claim regarding the product/service – including that regarding the price offered (special/promotion), the conditions or any specific requests – must be addressed and managed exclusively and entirely by Fody.
Partner is not responsible (and disclaims all liability) for such complaints, claims and obligations (including product-related ones).
Whether Fody charges (or has already charged) the cost of the product/service, or whether the payment of the amount due – or of any additional costs – is made by the Partner in the name and on behalf of Fody, with this Agreement you accept and declare to be aware that it is always Fody’s responsibility to collect, withhold, send and pay to the competent Authorities any applicable taxes. The Partner cannot be held responsible (nor can it be called to answer) for the collection, withholding, sending or payment to the competent Authorities of the taxes applicable to the cost of the product/service or of any additional costs.
Partner does not act or operate under any circumstances as the official seller of any product or service made available by Fody through its business or App, except for co-branded products/services.
By uploading photos/images to the Platform, you certify, warrant and represent that you own the copyright to the material uploaded, and you agree that FODY may use the photos/images on its Site (including mobile) in any manner that KPET deems appropriate.
You grant FODY the non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, unconditional and perpetual right and license to use, reproduce, display, have reproduced, distribute, sublicense, communicate and make available the material uploaded by You to the Platform in the ways that FODY deems appropriate.
The person who uploads the photos/images assumes full legal and moral responsibility for any claims made by third parties regarding the publication and use of the photos/images by FODY.
The truthfulness, legality, validity and right to use all photos/images are guaranteed by the same person who uploads the photos/images, and are not the responsibility of FODY.
FODY declines any responsibility arising from the photos/images published. The person who uploads the photos/images guarantees that they do not contain viruses, Trojans or infected files, nor pornographic, illegal, obscene, offensive, in bad taste or inappropriate material, and that the photos/images do not infringe any intellectual property rights, copyright or privacy of third parties. Photos/images that do not meet the above criteria will not be used and/or may be removed/deleted by FODY at any time and without notice.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified, the software required for our services or available on or used by our Platform and the intellectual property rights (including copyright) of the contents, information and material on our Platform are the exclusive property of FODY SB S.r.l. and/or the Partners.
FODY exclusively owns all intellectual property rights, titles and interests in the look and feel and general interface (including infrastructure) of the Platform through which the Services are made available (including user reviews and translated content).
No one is authorized to copy, adapt, modify, promote, integrate, create derivative works from, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit the Platform or the material contained therein, as well as our brand, without our express prior written approval.
You are granted no rights or licenses, by implication or otherwise, under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by FODY.
Whenever a person takes possession of any intellectual property rights in the Platform or the content or material thereof in any way, he/she shall assign, transfer and assign all such intellectual property rights to FODY. Any use not in accordance with the Law or any of the actions or behaviors mentioned above constitute a violation of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and database protection rights).
11. Applicable law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution
The terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as the provision of our services, shall be entirely governed, regulated and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
For any dispute arising from this Agreement and our services, the Court of Pistoia, Italy, shall have jurisdiction.
If the User is a consumer pursuant to art. 3 of the Consumer Code, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is that of the Judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the Italian State, without prejudice to the right of the User-consumer to appeal to a judge other than that of the “consumer forum” pursuant to art. 66 bis of the Consumer Code, competent for the territory according to one of the criteria set out in arts. 18, 19 and 20 of the civil procedure code.
12. Information about FODY SB s.r.l. and support companies
All services on the Platform are provided by the company FODY SB S.r.l., with registered office in via Salvatore Quasimodo 79, Pistoia (PT) 51100, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Pistoia with the registration number R.E.A. PT609093, VAT number and registration number in the Company Register 02046770471.
In providing the services through the Platform, the company FODY SB s.r.l. may be supported by various groups of affiliated companies (the “support companies”), which perform an internal support function for the benefit of FODY.
Certain designated companies provide limited customer support services (telephone only). The support companies do not own any Platform (and in no way control, manage, maintain or host the Platform). Such support companies are not authorized and do not have the legal power to provide the products/services, to represent FODY or to enter into any contract on behalf of, for or on behalf of FODY. Under no circumstances is a relationship (legal or contractual) created with the support companies. The support companies do not act, nor are they authorized to act, as official representatives or suppliers of products/services of FODY. FODY does not recognize or consider domicile in any place, location or office (including the offices of its support companies) other than its registered office in Pistoia.

Unique Hand Made Products
Each item we offer is unique, handcrafted with care and passion by apprentice craftsmen working in our inclusive laboratory. We work with fabrics recovered from brands and companies in our area, which would otherwise be destined for disposal, so the availability of each item is limited and each product may have slight differences, making it special just like each of us!

Prices and Payments

VAT and invoicing

Despite our constant commitment to making ever better products and presenting them in the best possible way through photos and videos on the website, if the product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is in unaltered conditions.
